ICT cases PRO-FITT

ICT cases PRO-FITT are designed to protect electric and electronic devices working in az industrial environment and in local and relecommunication networks. Each case is constructed to prevent ingress of dirt, dust, moisture and other contamination.

PRO-FITT cases are constructed to guarantee the protection level IP20 or IP44 in accordance with PN-EN 60529. The modular conception of our ICT cases allows each customer to choose the configuration adapted to his specific requirments.

Promont manufactures the cases in 24 dimensional veriations (see the table) and offers a wude range of additional options.

Construction details:

ICT PRO-FITT case is made of steel sheet (a frame, a door, site walls, a roof, cover plates) and of galvanized steel sheet (cross-members, assembly plates, bearing beam 19"). As standard, black steel elements are powder-painted to RAL 7035 or 7032

The basic element of each case is the welded steel frame. The wide range of options enables one to configure a unit depending on requirements. Case door san be left or right - handed. Doors are made with two or three lockd and witg the number or hinges appropriate to the height.

Every individual component installed in a PRO-FITT case has an M6x15 copper earth boss.

It is possible to manufacture cases:

• To dimensions other than those offered as standard.
• In any colour.
• With any number and position of holes in cable access plates.

PRO-FITT case compounds

1. Welded steel frame.

A frame made of 2mm steel sheet, polyester powder painted to RAL 7035 or 7032. The frame enables left-or right-handed case door installation.

2. Door

PRO-FITT cases may be equipped with:

Transparent door
Door made of steel sheet and hardened glass, polyester powder painted to RAL 7035 or 7032, with the maximum angle of door opening to 160 degrees.

Solid door
Made of steel sheet, polyester powder painted to RAL 7035 or 7032, with the maximum angle of door opening to 160 degrees.

3. Assembly plate

The cases may be equipped with an assembly plate made of 3mm galvanized steel sheet. The plate is installed on the case's rear wall. The desired stiffness of the plate is achived by bending its sides. The plate may have any combination of holes and perforations required by the customer.

4. Side wall

PRO-FITT case walls are made of 2mm steel sheet. They are polyester powder painted to RAL 7032 or 7032.

5. Pedestals

A wide range of pedestal configurations is available, to match the needs and requirements of the customer. They are made of 2mm steel sheet and polyester powder painted to RAL 7035, 7032 or 9005. The pedestals may be anchored directly to the bad, and can have haight-adjustable feet or wheels. The pedestals are to enable the removal of their side, even when the case equipment is fully installed

6. Cover plate and roofs

When configuring the PRO-FITT case the customer has a free choice of roofs and cover plates. They are made od 1,5mm steel sheet, powder painted to RAL 7035 or 7032.

7. Assembly elements

  Assembly elements function to fitt devices made in 19" standard. They are ,ade of 2mm galvanized steel sheet. In 600mm wide cases 19" bearing beams are fized directly to cross-members. In 800mm cases, to achive the standard of 19", one needs to use structural of beam.
