PRO-FITT wall cases / enclosures

PRO-FITT metal cases have high resistance to corrosion and weather conditions. Depending on needs and application, they are made to the required levels og IP and IK protection. PRO-FITT cases are developed for the protection of IP55, in accordance with EN60529, and the protection against mechanical damages at the lecel IK10, in accordance with EN 50102.

Use:

  • For fitting energy sector devices that are to be protected against unauthorised access, dust and humidity.
  • Casing for electric and electronic systems.
  • Casing for control and mastering systems.
  • Casing for automatics.

Construction:

  1. The body
  2. The component assembly plate
  3. Door
  4. The cable access plate
  5. The seal

Wall cases are manufactured in two types:

  1. In polyester-painted shet steel (shown here in RAL 7035)
  2. In stainless steel - for the areas where high hygienic standards are required and/or aggressive environments

Construction details:

The body of PRO-FITT wall case is made of 1,5mm steel, which is tight welded to form the basic construction. The case has one-wing door opened as required by the customer. Multiple folds of edges and the use of special seals protects a case against ingress of water and dirt ecen when a door is opened. Depending on their height, cases are supplied with two or three locks and the corresponding number of hinges. Each PRO-FITT case has a copper earth boss installed on its door.

It is possible to manufacture cases:

  • With special dimensions
  • In other colours
  • With spacial holes in cable access plates
