1. Design
On the customer's request, PROMONT Company will design the whole device or its particular parts. We execute atypical designs or single solutions according to our customer's needs. We do not restrict our activity to narrow range of services; each customer and each his product is important to us. Our designers and constructors offer their help and knowledge especially in designing elements that are going to be baked or cut, bent or assembled with the use of PROMONT machines.

2. Laser cutting
PROMONT Company offers laser cutting service. We have technologically advanced machines such as 6 new laser cutters made by Trumpf company, which guarantee the production of highest quality elements with the maximal exploitation of material. Laser cutting gives high precision and reproducibility while cutting even the most sophisticated shapes and it also allows obtaining high quality edges.
We also offer engraving inscriptions on metal sheet elements.
Having many new machines, we can realize even the largest orders, guarantee fast execution and competitive prices.

Thickness of material:
- construction steel: to 25 mm (laser metal sheet from 20 mm)
- stainless steel to 20mm
- aluminium to 20mm
- max. metal sheet cutting: 4000x2000 mm

Precision of cutting:
metal sheet to 4 mm - 0,03 mm
metal sheet to 12 mm - 0,06 mm
metal sheet to 25 mm - 0,8 mm

3. Hammer cutting
We have 3 hammer cutters made by Trumpf company:
We recommend cutting for details having the significant number of wholes (perforation) and when it is not necessary to obtain high quality of edges in details being cut.

Thickness of material:
- construction steel: to 3 mm
- stainless steel to 3mm
- aluminium to 4mm
- copper to 3mm
- max. metal sheet cutting: 3000x1250 mm
- precision of cutting: - 0,1 mm

4. Bending on the edge press
We have 5 edge presses made by Trumf company. Such a large number of presses enable us to produce wide range of bending, offer competitive prices and short realization periods. We guarantee precise bending of complicated shapes of single details and whole series.

Thickness of material:
- construction steel: to 6 mm
- stainless steel to 5mm
- aluminium to 6mm
- copper to 6mm
- maximal length of details bend - 4000 mm
- precision of bending +/- 0,1 mm, 1°

5. Assembly
PROMONT Company offers assembly of devices and elements. We have various machines and can design elements out of metal sheet according to our customers' wishes or cut, bend and assemble the complete device.
As we are able to carry out most tasks with the use of our own machines, we offer the complex service, competitive prices and full quality control of elements being produced.
